The 2010 Online Retail Delivery Report, sponsored by MetaPack this year, is now available for download.
This year we included 166 UK retailers in our research, placing orders with 137 of them. In the 112 page report, we discuss all aspects of the delivery process, including the delivery charges, the flexibility of the delivery service, the standard of communication, and how quickly the retailers managed to deliver our orders.
The report is available free of charge until 31 March 2010. Thereafter it will cost £249.
