Long Tall Sally Tailors Site To Fit Strategic Direction

Snow Valley has helped Long Tall Sally, the specialist retailer of clothing for taller women, to overhaul their online store, www.longtallsally.com.

The latest phase of site enhancements are in line with Long Tall Sally's new corporate image, which follows the label's recent acquisition.

Snow Valley has helped to improve the online shopping experience, by providing a stock availability matrix on each product page. This allows customers to clearly see which sizes and colours are currently held in stock for each item.

New landing pages also ensure that customers are greeted with highly relevant content whenever they arrive on the site. This helps to increase visitor-to-buyer conversion, by ensuring that the customer is instantly greeted with details of the same promotions and products mentioned in specific marketing activity.

Snow Valley also re-optimised the site for search engines, to help achieve excellent natural rankings. This was achieved by making the site standards compliant, which also brings Long Tall Sally into line with the Disability Discrimination Act.
