GAME Improves Service With Order Processing Solution

GAME enjoyed a highly successful online Christmas, following the implementation of Snow Valley’s order processing solution.
The solution, which integrates with the existing GAME website, provides:
- Pick & pack – integration with scanner software allows warehouse staff to fulfil orders with greater efficiency
- Despatch flexibility – fulfilment method can vary depending on carrier or value/product type
- Order amends – back office staff can change order details easily
- Online order tracking – customers can view live order status online
As a result, GAME is able to offer much improved customer service with considerably less manual intervention, which was previously proving to be both time-consuming and expensive.
Snow Valley also provided GAME with a cost-effective fraud-scoring solution, allowing the retailer to automatically flag up any potentially fraudulent orders.
