The fifth edition of Snow Valley's report Online Retail Delivery in the UK, which is being sponsored by MetaPack for the very first time, is now available for download. We evaluated 166 UK online stores in this year's research.

To mark the occasion, we held a launch party at The Groucho Club. At this event we presented the inaugural Golden Chariot Award to the retailer that delivered the very best fulfilment of our online order, taking speed, flexibility, and value for money into account. That retailer was ASOS - well done to them.
