Job opportunity Technical Support Analysts
We are looking for two Technical Support Analysts to join our Client Services Team in first line support roles, providing our clients with sustained support in their use of business critical applications. The role involves taking ownership of incoming issues, communicating with the client to qualify issues and fixes, carrying out necessary investigation and validation exercises, and liaising with our Development Team over code related issues.There will be the requirement to work occasionally outside of the usual working hours, as the team needs to provide a 24/7 service cover to our clients.To succeed in this role you will be a computing enthusiast with a keen interest in internet technology and a relevant university degree. You will have excellent verbal and written English language skills, and the ability to make technical information accessible to a non-technical audience. You will also have an analytical approach and a strong sense of ownership over your work. A technical support and/or customer service background would be helpful, as would previous experience with internet technology.
