Job opportunity Recruitment Manager
Snow Valley is looking to establish a recruitment service for our clients, and are looking for a Recruitment Manager with IT recruitment experience, either within in-house recruitment or from an IT recruitment agency, to turn this new venture into a successful business enterprise.
You will establish Snow Valley Resourcing as a high quality best practice recruitment service, and will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from taking a brief from the client, to attracting candidates, through to offer stage. We expect you to proactively grow this new service, taking a commercial, bottom-line driven approach, while also ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Additionally, you will help us to fulfil our ambitious expansion programme by sourcing talented candidates for our own vacancies. You will continuously improve our recruitment practices, and will innovate means of reaching and selecting the best quality candidates. You will take ownership of recruitment related projects, such as our graduate recruitment programme, and the introduction of on-line job applications and candidate testing.
This role is a rare, much sought after mix of both client facing, and in-house recruitment. It is both hands-on and strategic; operational and project-based. To succeed in this position you will have significant experience as an in-house recruiter or as a recruitment consultant. You will have recruited into a range of disciplines, ideally from within a technical or IT related sector. Most importantly you will be ambitious, highly professional, proactive and entrepreneurial, and will be keen to translate your knowledge of best practice recruitment strategies into real results.
