Job opportunity Project Manager
Our growing client base has led to an increase in the volume and complexity of our projects. We are expanding our project management team accordingly, and are looking for an additional mid-level Project Manager, to help to deliver our projects on time to a high level of quality that meets our clients’ needs.
You will work closely with the development team in order to plan, execute and monitor each stage of the project. You will consult with and advise our clients over their requirements, and provide them, and the senior management team, with regular progress reports.
You will have a minimum of one year’s project management experience, and will have gained your Prince 2 qualification, or equivalent, to at least Foundation level. First-class written and spoken communication and client-handling skills, and the confidence and ability to take ownership of a project and be accountable for making any decisions necessary to its fulfilment are essential. A project management background in web development is desirable, as is an understanding of web technology, development methodologies and configuration management. Experience in e-commerce would be of help, although this is not essential.
