Job opportunity eCommerce Consultant
The Role
You will be consulting with some of the UK’s leading retailers examining their eCommerce strategy and offering expert advice on both their brand and site development. Through targeted marketing campaigns and integration of 3rd party solutions you will be responsible for providing a source of eCommerce expertise and as such, extensive knowledge of the eCommerce world is a must!
Responsibilies include:
- Reviewing site profitability and suggesting where improvements can be made
- Developing Clients online marketing strategy
- Identifying requirements for new and current client projects and producing specifications from which developers and project managers will work to
- Developing partnerships with all parts of UK eCommerce eco-system
- Overseeing the teams provision of Analytics support to our Clients
- Advising Developers of SEM implementation (particular focus on affiliate marketing/email marketing/analytics tracking)
- Taking training sessions to train clients in SEO/PPC/Analytics
- Documenting and updating internal Best Practice documents on SEO and Analytics tracking implementation

You should be a team player whose strong interpersonal skills means you can build and maintain close working relationships with both Clients and colleagues alike.
Essential skills:
- Passion and knowledge of the eCommerce world
- Can-do attitude!
- Confidence and leadership skills
- Multi-tasking, as you will be managing multiple projects at any one time
- Online Marketing knowledge (including SEO, PPC and email marketing) and Analytics
- Experience of HTML and CMS Systems would be advantageous
