Carlo has over 15 years experience in the delivery of mission-critical technology solutions – before setting up Snow Valley he worked in software development at both Logica and Reuters. He is an expert in e-commerce and multi-channel retail, advising retailers on their e-commerce strategy and speaking at industry events. He has an MBA from INSEAD.
Mark Hopwood - CTO
Mark is responsible for all operational activities at Snow Valley, leading our development teams and the delivery of our solutions. He’s a Chartered member of the British Computer Society and has worked at several leading IT consultancies and digital agencies, including PwC and Agency.com.
Jason Griffiths - Service Delivery Manager
Jason manages our client services team, which is responsible for running our hosting, infrastructure and operational services. Jason has worked in IT for more than 12 years, predominantly in quality assurance and customer service roles.
Jill Culbertson - Head of Online Marketing
Jill oversees the delivery of our online marketing consultancy services. She specialises in search engine optimisation and web analytics and is renowned among Snow Valley clients for making complex subjects easy to understand.
Sam Andrews - Creative Director
Sam heads up Snow Valley's design and usability team, providing a range of design consultancy services to our clients. He has 8 years' experience of digital branding and e-commerce interface design and has a background in traditional print design.
Charlotte Phillips - Human Resources Manager
Charlotte is responsible for the recruitment and development of the talented people that work at Snow Valley. She is MCIPD qualified and has over ten years' broad HR experience gained within technical and media companies.
Lisa-Marie Denver - Head of Sales
Lisa-Marie is an experienced e-commerce software consultant and has worked with a number of blue chip organisations, including Accenture, Barclays Capital, and UBS Warburg. She has a First Class degree in Business & IT.
